- Anth Meeting: No comment.
- Worked on Critical Theory
- Japanese: I suck at kanji and everyone is better than me.
- Critical Theory: Martin drew attention to the dialectic as hope.
- UU Symposium: This time we met at Ruby Tuesday. My burger was really good and I met some people who’d been through the TAMU experience. One woman was proud that she never went to any football games there.
- Little Miss Sunshine: I went to see it again with Samantha and Namrata, and I loved it just as much and cried at the same two parts.

- Japanese: Kanji quiz. I think the teacher is good.
- Office: Carolyn had a funny Costa Rica extinction shirt.
- Von’s: Ton’s of money for critical theory books.
- Keverlee: Saw her on the trolley and had a short chat about her writing process — she spent part of Sunday working on poems.

- Carolyn called just before it started to tell me she heard some random students saying “Snowtime!” to each other. Spent some time on the grievance procedure.
- Moe’s with Hubert, Suzanne, Megan, Debbie, and Mari then Marcus
- Other than talking to Marcus about movies I was pretty bored, so I caught up on my journal. Someone said they knew of someone’s husband that would be TOTALLY OK with them having plastic surgery after they were finished having kids. Ok…

- Sunday Forum: Spirituality vs. humanism with lots of overlap and talk about feedback at service.
- UU: After church I re-settled the Atheism Discussion Group meeting time.
- IHOP with Hubert: Quick eating. I thought the food was good. Talked about church and the party.

- I took a nap, studied Japanese, went to Walgreens with Hubert, got a Moleskine at Borders, went to the office for a can opener, put our table together, then studied more Japanese.

- Japanese: I went to the wrong room and had to run across campus to get there in time to take a quiz.
- McDonald’s with Suzanne: Because of my influence she told me about making a decision in terms of pleasure. Then we got into a journal feedback loop with the trolley story.
- House Stop: Checked email and played some viola for Suzanne.
- Stone: Helped Suzanned bring a mini-fridge and microwave to her office.

- Kris and Megan came over to chill out. I was being pretty cerebral, and talked to them about meaning and purpose.

- Sociolinguistics: We told everyone the different ways we are referred to.
- Blue Nile with Carolyn and Hubert: Showed Carolyn the shaved head saga.
- Cancelled Class for Dr. Kelly: Couldn’t help giving a mini-lecture on pleasure. Some of the students really seemed to enjoy it.

- Salvage: Hubert and I got another desk. We had a fun time keeping the doors closed on the way home.

- Japanese: This girl taking a women’s studies class is worried about her teacher’s feminist beliefs.
- Office: Starbucks with Carolyn and theory with Clara.
- Critical theory: No Matutsik (his father died), but we still had class.
- Trolley: Sarah got the driver to drop her off at home!
- UU Symposium: This time we went to Mt. Fuji. The staff were kind of odd and we were the only ones there. Don dropped an egg on the floor when the chef invited him to help.

- Project Runway: Went with Hubert to watch it at his friend’s house.
